V.I.P. Membership Plan

Who says Big game hunting doesn’t have a rewards program. With Big “E” Outfitters V.I.P Membership plan you can save big on Trophy packages, entertain clients, share with your family and swap locations at any of our Hunting Ranch facilities. Currently we offer 2 locations in Wisconsin, 1 location in South Texas and 1 location in Iowa (stay at a Ranch in Wisconsin and drive in Daily).

Our VIP packages in Wisconsin are as follows:

Wisconsin Elk/Deer Combo - 1 Trophy Bull Elk Package (350” to 380”), 1 Management Bull Elk, 1 Diamond Package Whitetail Buck (up to 179”), 1 Management Whitetail Buck and 100 pheasants to hunt over your stay. The package is up to 5 days & 5 nights, includes meals, game cleaning, full processing of the meat, and 1 Free head mount on the Trophy Class Elk and 1 Free head mount on the Trophy Class Whitetail.

Wisconsin Trophy Deer only - 2 Diamond Package Whitetail Buck (up to 179”), 2 Management Whitetail Buck and 100 pheasants to hunt over your stay. The package is up to 5 days & 5 nights, includes meals, game cleaning, full processing of the meat, and 2 Free head mounts on the Trophy Class Whitetails.

Upgrades - In any of our packages, upgrades and trades are available. For instance you may want to upgrade to a larger trophy or upgrade a management animal to a trophy. VIP discounts are available on all upgrades and additional Trophy game at all our membership locations.

Using or Assigning Your Time Slot - During your hunt week, bring up to 5 guests with you and you can decide who gets to harvest the game in your package or add animals at the V.I.P discount rate. Enjoy a group outing hunting pheasants included in your package. You can also assign your slot to someone else if you choose so you can use this as a work incentive or a business perk.

Off Season usage - In addition to the hunting packages, Members can also use an off season time slot for 5 days/5 nights to do sightseeing, fishing or any of the other local activities. For example in Wisconsin we have the EAA fly in, Wisconsin Dells with all the theme parks, water parks, day spa’s, casino’s and more. So bring the family and enjoy a week of peace and serenity in the non-hunting months. All included in your V.I.P membership. Then each year you can choose a different location or return to a previous favorite.

Limited Memberships – These memberships are limited since we only have 16 weeks to use them during the hunting season. If you are a serious big game hunter looking to have privacy and piece of mind each year this is a plan you don’t want to miss out on. Accommodations are exclusive and private to you during your hunt. Each year you can select your booking beginning January 31 by checking our website and logging in to reserve your slot at the location you choose for that year based on a first come, first serve system. Once you log in and select a slot it is yours unless you sign in and release it.

All Membership packages are a retail value of $30,000 or more annually. Use your membership like a time share. Try different locations, use as a corporate incentive or bring the whole family.

Our Texas hunts include Whitetail, Hogs and other predators, Iowa hunts can include Elk, Red Stag, European Hogs, Rams, Buffalo and other exotics. Call us for info on utilizing these facilities.
