What Big “E” Offers That Others Do Not! Refundable Deposit – Book a hunt with Big “E” and we do require a deposit. But this deposit is refundable if for some reason you can not make the hunt up to 90 days prior to the hunt. Between 90 and 7 Days prior to the hunt, your deposit is transferable to another hunt later in the season or the following year. Within 7 days we will transfer your deposit in the case of emergency. Non Hunter Can Accompany For Free – That is right, one non-hunter can come along for free and their meals and lodging is included with your hunt. So you can bring the wife or your son/daughter along and spend some quality time and still get your hunting time. We aim to promote family in the outdoors and including them is priceless. Group Discounts – If you have buddies that want to come with you, you can get some great discounts that you can apply to your hunt or share with everyone. Once you get over 3 hunters we start adding discounts. 4 and 5 hunter discounts are really great. Contact us for details. Flexibility of Class – When you book a hunt with us we will ask you what class animal you want to harvest. The deposit will not be affected so tell us what you are planning. This is so that we can plan our herd and do not over book a particular class. If you get here and want to upgrade you can. Likewise if you decide to take a smaller animal you may and your balance will be adjusted. No Harvest Credit – If you do not harvest by choice, you will not be charged the whole fee for the package. We will back the trophy fee out of the hunt and you will be charged for Lodging and meals and can go home without harvesting an animal. Date flexibility – We ask that you give us a good guess when you book. Then within 60 days of the hunt we will ask you to pick specific dates for sure. But we understand busy lifestyles and work changes and we will work with you to change dates if you need to anytime. Father/Son, Father/Daughter, Husband/Wife packages – You say you can’t come unless the wife comes along and she wants to hunt? Or maybe she wants to learn to hunt. If the main hunter harvests a trophy the spouse or youth hunter can harvest a management buck or anything under 130 class for half price. Or they can harvest a doe for free! After The Hunt – What do you do if you harvest an animal and still have time left? Well, we have plenty of other activities for you to do.
